Payment errors typically occur in the following situations:

 

 

 

1. The credit card has exceeded its limit.

 

2. Payment information was entered incorrectly.

 

3. The payment session has timed out.

 

4. Required security software has not been installed.

QVirtual account deposit error.

When choosing Bank Transfer (Virtual Account), a unique virtual account will be generated to complete your order. Payment is finalized once you transfer the total amount to the account number sent to you via SMS.
Please note that virtual accounts have an expiration date. If payment is not received within this period, your order will be automatically canceled.

QDepositor name does not match member name.

Payment will be processed normally even if the depositor's name differs from the member's name, as long as the deposited amount matches the requested amount.
Since a unique virtual account is issued for each specific request, your payment will be automatically verified and linked to your member ID once the transfer to that account is complete.

You can check this in the My Classroom > Payment History menu.
