You can apply for a refund through the platform. If you encounter difficulties, please contact the groomer0 CS center. Refund rules vary by class type.

Common Subscription Withdrawal Items

1. Dissatisfaction with content while watching is not a ground for refund.
2. For VOD with materials, a full refund is possible within 7 days if no paid videos were played and the resource room was not accessed. (Playback duration is not considered; free previews are excluded.)
3. If the video does not display normally, the technical team will verify the issue. If groomer0 or the player has a major problem, a full refund will be issued. Technical support (remote or offline) may be used for verification.
4. Requesting a refund based on false information regarding system errors may be subject to civil penalties.
Additional Withdrawal Terms

a) Course period means the time a member can take the purchased content, starting from the payment date.

b) "Content usage" is the ratio of content used; playing any part of a video is considered as used.

c) Refund is calculated based on the higher value between course period and progress as of the request date.

d) Accessing the lecture resource room counts as usage regardless of download.

e) If the card cancellation period (6 months) has passed, refund is via bank transfer minus a 5% fee.

f) Package products cannot be refunded individually.

For Immediate Downloads: Refund is impossible after download. If not downloaded, full refund within 7 days; no refund after 7 days regardless of download status.

For Physical Delivery: Refund is impossible once the Master has shipped the physical item.

Dispute & Master Responsibility:

- If a class is stopped due to the Master's personal reasons (health, employment, etc.), a full refund must be issued regardless of timing.
- If a student claims Master misconduct (harassment, lack of preparation, illegal acts), groomer0 may intervene for verification and may take legal action or suspend the Master's account.
- After the groomer0 safe payment service ends, disputes should be resolved between parties; groomer0 does not guarantee liability after mutual agreement.
One-Day Class Policy

a) 100% refund if requested >24h before start. If within 24h, 1-hour fee is deducted and given to the Master for venue/prep costs.

b) No refund if the class was attended or the scheduled date has passed.

1. Product lost/damaged by member fault.
2. Value decreased by member usage/consumption.

4. Digital content (E-book, playback) has started.
5. Custom/ordered products with prior non-refund consent.
