a) Course period means the time a member can take the purchased content, starting from the payment date.
b) "Content usage" is the ratio of content used; playing any part of a video is considered as used.
c) Refund is calculated based on the higher value between course period and progress as of the request date.
d) Accessing the lecture resource room counts as usage regardless of download.
e) If the card cancellation period (6 months) has passed, refund is via bank transfer minus a 5% fee.
f) Package products cannot be refunded individually.
